As a student or student’s parent/legal guardian, I understand and agree that in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury, Covid-19 related illness, or death. I agree to assume all risks and responsibilities of any such injury which may occur to me and/or my child. I agree to waive any and all claims connected with Sarah Noel’s School of Dance. I fully release Sarah Noel’s School of Dance, owner, teachers, assistants, employees, guest teachers and volunteers from any and all claims of injuries, damages, illnesses (non related or related to Covid-19), or loss, which my child or I may have or which may occur as a result of participation in Sarah Noel’s School of Dance activities. Additionally, I agree that Sarah Noel’s School of Dance is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that may occur while participating.
